It is with regret that PolyNovo announces the departure of Chief People Officer Ingrid Anderson and the appointment of Kimberley Axon, effective on 17 March 2025.  Ingrid will be departing towards the end of March to spend more time with her family.  In a short period of just over a year, Ingrid has invested significant effort in constructing creative people programs and championing investments in talent development, talent retention and PolyNovo’s employee value proposition. Her impact has been tremendous.

Kimberley has strong global HR experience having lived and worked in South Africa, the US and Australia.  She holds a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours and has worked within multinational businesses for most of her career, with exposure to ASX and NASDAQ companies. Her career started at Weatherford (Oil & Gas) in South Africa, transferring subsequently to USA.  She then worked for Sage supporting a workforce of 5,000 across the United Kingdom, Africa and the Middle East.  She left this role when the then CEO of Sage invited her to follow him to A1 Capital (private equity).  She then immigrated to Australia.  Her roles in Australia include I-Med Radiology and she is currently Chief People Officer at Dubber, an ASX listed SAS business.  Kimberley is skilled in all areas of HR and very excited for the opportunity at PolyNovo.
