As an early investigator, Dr Wagstaff first used NovoSorb BTM for burn patients in 2012, working with Professor John Greenwood. Over time, they expanded their use of BTM across a range of applications and refined the protocols for use of NovoSorb BTM.

Dr Wagstaff completed his medical degree at University College London, where he also completed a PhD in Molecular Pathology. He has completed specialist fellowships in Breast Oncoplastic Surgery in the UK and Microsurgery in Adelaide. His focus includes breast reconstruction, reconstructive microsurgery and burns surgery.
